L-PUR® polyurethane by Lubas is a specialized blend developed over 30 years to meet the demanding requirements of heavy industry. Engineered by experts in chemistry and materials technology, it offers exceptional durability and superior abrasion resistance compared to steel, rubber, or traditional plastics.

Polyurethane sieves
The most popular sieve modules are the dimensions 30x300x1000. Sieve production capacity is for mesh size from 0.4 mm to 250 mm. We have MATS for dewatering bucket wheels from all manufacturers. We have sieve mats as replacements for screens from BINDER, LIVELL, IFE and other manufacturers.
Polyurethane rings
Polyurethane rings are a simple solution in which a component is installed by pressing the rings onto the roller. Our offer features rings for typical roll shell diameters. It is also possible to produce custom products according to received specifications.
Parts for concrete mixers
Thanks to the unique properties of our polyurethane, we offer materials very widely used in the ready-mixed concrete industry as well as in the production of precast elements. Regeneration of pumps
Our offer includes regeneration of the most common pump housings, including gravel pumps. The service consists of filling in any chips in the housing by pouring in high quality L-PUR elastomer.
