Screen plates

Hardox Screen plates for longer service life.

Steel grade: Hardox 450 / 500

Thickness: Mostly 4–20 mm

Used in: Recycling and forestry. The screen plates (normally bended screen plates) are located on the bottom part of shredders and granulators and they are screening the cut waste and sometimes also cutting it.

Hardox advantages

• Substantial higher toughness! It means less risk of cracks during bending and also during operation.

• Even material properties give the precise shape of the sieve.

• Less repairs and breakdowns.

• Longer service life
